Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

A Customer Care Specialist must be able to provide accurate information and solutions to the clients via phone, email, social media or even in person. Including resolving issues and attending to other clients’ requests, giving them excellent customer service and injecting possible upsell of products and services. He/she then completes documentation and records of customer’s cases and requests when done. He/she may also be asked to perform other related tasks.
