Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be returned within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com along with a photo of the misprinted/damaged/defective area.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to June Spring Multimedia facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to June Spring Multimedia facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
It is best to contact June Spring Multimedia before returning any product. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order would need to be replaced for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges.
